Corrie has focused on driving business performance improvement by partnering with clients to shape and deliver transformation programs. Corrie focuses on implementing complex, multi-year transformation programs for a wide range of blue-chip clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Lion Nathan National Foods, the World Bank and Investec.
Together with Melissa he started an international advisory firm, scaled to 60 people, 3 countries, 6 offices, and 10’s of millions of annual turnover. It was acquired by Deloitte Global 2019 where he assumed the Geographic Lead Partner in Western Australia.
As a senior transformation leader, Corrie leverages his comprehensive expertise in change management to help clients shape and deliver complex, large-scale programs.

MELISSA BELL
Most recently, Melissa has coached executives and HR leaders in ASX100 businesses across Australia and has shaped and delivered change programs for dozens of automation and transformation programs around the world including ones for BHP, Chevron, Rio Tinto, Transport for New South Wales, Sydney Trains, Transport for London, Western Department of Australian Health, and ATCO.
Together with Corrie, Melissa started a multinational advisory firm which they sold to Deloitte globally. At Deloitte Melissa as the Australian Head of Organizational Change Management and Global Lead of Change Leadership.
