Ampersand Advisory utilises a data-driven, leader-led methodology to manage change that focuses program efforts on interventions that deliver maximum results and ensure positive project return on investment.
Ampersand Advisory are also experts on designing, building, and managing change management assets, platforms, and accelerators having developed multiple enterprise-grade platforms on technologies such as AWS and Microsoft. Most recently Ampersand Advisory has prototyped the use of artificial intelligence to automate the time-consuming transactional tasks of project change management allowing focus on high-value tasks such as change leadership coaching.
Founders and Managing Directors, Melissa Bell and Cornelis Scheepers return to consulting after selling their previous change management firm, The Terrace Initiative to Deloitte globally in 2019.
